Cancellations

At ZOLYT, we strive to deliver a seamless and personalized experience to every customer. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted as we begin allocating resources and initiating design or setup processes immediately.

However, in exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ZOLYT. Any approvals, if granted, may be subject to deductions based on the stage of project execution and incurred costs.

1. Definitions

User: Any individual or business using our services.
Service Provider: Businesses or professionals offering aquarium-related services through our platform.
Platform: ZOLYT’s website and mobile application.

2.1. User Responsibilities
– Users must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up and service bookings.
– Users agree to pay for booked services and follow service-related instructions.
– Any misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or breach of these Terms may result in account suspension.

2.2. Booking & Consultation
– Users can book maintenance or custom aquarium services.
– In consultations, users may upload tank placement photos.

For custom aquarium building:
– The final quote may change based on modifications requested by the user.
– ZOLYT does not guarantee the quality of service or product as expected by the user, as user expectations are subject to nature. However, ZOLYT will always assure their quality.

3.1. Payment Terms
– Users must make payments through the platform’s payment gateway.
– Service providers receive complete payments only after successful service completion.

3.2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Users may not cancel bookings but can reschedule maintenance within a specified timeframe (as per ZOLYT policy).
– ZOLYT reserves the right to withhold refunds in case of policy violations.

4.1. Warranty for Custom Aquarium Building
– Warranty applies only to glass fabrication leaks and is valid for 7 years.
– Users must register their aquarium within 15 days of installation to be eligible for warranty claims.
– Any damage during installation or service will be the responsibility of the service provider, provided it is proven to be their fault.

4.2. Service Completion for Maintenance & Installation
– QR Code Verification:
• The service provider must scan the user’s QR code at the end of the service to confirm completion.
• Once the QR code is scanned, the service is considered closed, and no disputes can be raised with ZOLYT.
• If the QR code is not scanned within 5 hours of service initiation, ZOLYT will investigate and require the service provider to rectify any issues.
• The service provider is fully responsible for addressing any issues within this timeframe.

– ZOLYT acts as an intermediary between users and service providers and is not liable for service-related issues.
– Any disputes regarding service quality, damages, or warranty claims should be settled directly between the user and service provider.
– If any damage occurs during service or installation, the service provider is solely responsible for resolving it.
– Warranty and service guarantees are subject to proper registration and verification as outlined in Section 4.

– ZOLYT collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
– Location data is collected to match users with nearby service providers.
– Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

– ZOLYT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
– Users and service providers engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices may be permanently banned.

– Any disputes between users and service providers should be resolved through mutual discussion.
– ZOLYT may intervene in disputes but is not legally responsible for resolutions.

– ZOLYT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
– Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
